Delivery

All goods are made to order, and we aim to dispatch within 4 working weeks from the date of purchase.

In the event that your order is in stock in one of our showrooms, you will receive your goods within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.

If your order cannot be dispatched within 4 working weeks, we will notify you with an updated delivery time along with the option to cancel your order if necessary. Your order will be in discreet packaging which will contain any paperwork accompanying your order, the goods and a box or relevant packaging.

We offer secure and insured delivery free of charge, delivery time is included within the quoted completion time of 4 weeks on all orders.

We are only able to accept orders to addresses within the United Kingdom. To inquire about deliveries to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands please contact our customer services at info@christopherjamesjewellers.com. We will endeavour to return your query within 72 hours.

Return Policy

Our returns policies do not affect your statutory rights. We strive to ensure that the jewellery displayed on www.christopherjamesjewellers.co.uk is as accurate as possible, however some products may vary slightly in appearance to their real appearance and variations in colour may occur due to differences in computer monitors. The product dimensions supplied are intended to give only an approximate indication of the size of individual products.

In the case of any issues regarding your purchase, we will endeavour to resolve your issue swiftly. Simply return the goods in its original packaging and in an unworn original condition within 14 days of delivery. We will be happy to exchange or provide store credit of an equal amount for you to redeem in any of our showrooms: Liverpool Cavern Walks, Liverpool Central Station, Manchester St Ann’s Square. If we’re unable to find the perfect solution we can offer a full refund within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Alternatively, goods will be accepted at any of our showrooms. Goods purchased online will be available for refund or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 14 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt.

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions. If you do not wish to be governed by the revised Terms & Conditions of use, please stop using the website. These Terms & Conditions of use are governed by the law of England and you and we agree to use the English courts if there is any dispute between us. If any part of these Terms & Conditions of use is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.
